I’m Jyllin, the creator of Holistic Liberation and a holistic health & somatic coach and guide. I integrate nervous system regulation, meridian-based movement, emotional processing, and trauma-informed care.
I’ve taught somatic-based practices to thousands of people since 2008 and since 2019 have helped dozens of highly sensitive, high-functioning clients finally release the stuck survival patterns that talk therapy and mindset work alone couldn’t fully resolve.
I’ve lived and worked internationally since 2012, in Vietnam, East Timor, China, India, Indonesia, and in Morocco where I currently reside — with my two Moroccan cats and one kitty who’s been with me since Bali, 2017.
