Welcome to your fire element yoga practice!

Fire element yoga addresses the heart, pericardium, small intestine, and triple heater meridians in the physical and mental-emotional bodies and focuses on toning the chest, upper back, arms, hands, and diaphragm.

 

This intention and focus in attention in fire element yoga specify and increase the benefits you receive, helping you to:

 

Release deep sadness or manic moods by strengthening radical self-love, emotional maturity, and mindful boundaries to allow more warmth, joy, love, and laughter.
This 90-minute practice starts with activation and opening through all fire-element channels and moves into a strong and highly intentional Hatha-Vinyasa practice.
Because the fire element is directly supported by the wood and earth elements, the fire yoga practice is balanced out with opening through the entire sideline of the body and inner thighs to release tension, anger or irritation while grounding into the core of the body to feel centered and deeply present.

I started my meditation practice in 2000, my yoga practice in 2001, holistic health coaching in 2004, and started teaching movement in 2008. I’ve been working with five-element theory since 2016.
