Welcome to your water element yoga practice!
Water element yoga addresses the kidney and bladder meridians and focus on toning the central nervous system, kidneys, adrenals, psoas, and the entire backline of the body.
This intention and focus in attention in water element yoga specify and increase the benefits you receive, helping you to:
Release fear, anxiety, nervousness, stress, and tension in your physical, mental, and emotional bodies — deepening your trust, confidence, and sense of safety within yourself, your relationships, and the actions you take in the world.
This 90-minute practice takes you on a journey into deep restoration by stregnthening your kidneys and opening your entire backline — from the botttom of your feet all the way through the back of your legs, your back and spine, neck, scalp, into your forehead — emptying stress and fear from your nervous system.
Because water is supported by metal and earth, you’ll explore possibilities in your breath and the relationship between your front and back body — creating a sense of safety in your body with a quiet mind — so you can rest into your essence and intuition for more clarity and courage.

I started my meditation practice in 2000, my yoga practice in 2001, holistic health coaching in 2004, and started teaching movement in 2008. I’ve been working with five-element theory since 2016.
