Nervous System Reset Sessions

A 75–90 minute private session to help you move from overwhelm, stress, emotional pressure, or burnout toward greater clarity, regulation, and connection with yourself.

 

Rather than simply talking about stress, we’ll work with what is most present through a blend of somatic practices, EFT (tapping), mindfulness, breath awareness, and simple movement practices tailored to your needs.

It’s easy to assume you’re becoming more anxious, emotional, unmotivated, or disconnected when you’re actually carrying more stress than your nervous system can comfortably process.

When your nervous system becomes overloaded, even small challenges can feel overwhelming. Rest may not feel restorative. Emotions may feel louder. It can become difficult to access the clarity, resilience, and steadiness that are naturally available when your body feels safe and supported.

This session offers you a space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and work with what is most present for you.

Each session is tailored to your needs and may include:

  • Somatic awareness and nervous system regulation practices
  • EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques / Tapping)
  • Mindfulness and breath awareness
  • Gentle movement and embodied awareness exercises
  • Emotional processing and integration
  • Exploring patterns of stress, overwhelm, anxiety, or burnout

No previous experience is necessary. We begin with what feels most relevant and supportive for you in the moment.
