About Jyllin & The Holistic Liberation Method
If your body feels constantly on edge, depleted, or hard to understand, you’re not alone.
You may recognize this as:
- a mind that doesn’t fully settle
- tension that lives in your body
- energy that feels inconsistent or easily drained
- digestion that feels sensitive, slow, or unpredictable
- emotions that feel either overwhelming or difficult to access
Often, these patterns aren’t random.
They reflect a system that has adapted to prolonged stress — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
And over time, that can begin to feel like disconnection from your own body.
My Journey to This Work
Like many people I work with, my path into this work wasn’t linear.
I’ve moved through:

complex trauma and anxiety that created deep disconnection

eating disorders and addiction as ways of coping with what I didn’t yet know how to process
-
panic attacks that, in hindsight, were my nervous system asking for a different kind of support
Even with access to different healing tools, I found myself repeating patterns of shame, over-efforting, and self-sabotage.
What shifted wasn’t finding more tools.
It was learning how to work with my body in a way that was integrative, consistent, and sustainable.
How I Work
Over the past two decades, I’ve studied and integrated multiple approaches to support whole-body healing, including:

meridian-based yoga and somatic practices
-
Traditional Chinese Medicine and 5-Element theory
-
EFT tapping and subconscious pattern work
-
holistic health and habit coaching
This work became what I now refer to as The Holistic Liberation Method — an approach that supports the body, mind, emotions, and daily patterns as interconnected systems.
Rather than focusing on a single symptom or solution, this work helps you:

regulate your nervous system more consistently

improve circulation and internal flow
-
shift patterns held in both the body and mind
-
build sustainable, supportive rhythms in daily life
It isn’t about doing more.
It’s about learning how to work with your system in a way that creates lasting change.
Why This Work Matters
Many of the symptoms people struggle with — stress, fatigue, hormonal shifts, emotional reactivity, digestive issues — are often approached in isolation.
But the body doesn’t function in isolated parts.
When the system is supported as a whole, things begin to shift:
