Enjoy the 30-minute practices as regularly as possible, as preparation for sleep, or for a calm addition anytime to your day. The Yin Yoga sessions incorporate self-massage and supported, slow opening of each element's myofascial channels that create a deep release and restoration for body and mind.

♥︎ Yang Yoga Practice: Each element offers a concise 15-minute practice designed for daily use that guides you into savasana, so set aside 20 minutes for this active yoga. Yang Yoga tones the primary meridians of each element and their corresponding connective tissue pathways, organs, and muscle groups. The 5-Element Yang Yoga sessions are for those who are a bit familiar to the Hatha-Vinyasa yoga practice. If you’re new to yoga, however, feel free to use and improve with practice!

♥︎ EFT-Tapping Instructions: If you’re new to the EFT-tapping practice or unfamiliar with the EFT-tapping points, watch this short video to learn the tapping points, their individual benefits, and how you can utilize them at anytime you’re in need.

This specialized 60-minute practice for advanced beginners up equally focuses on wood, earth, and fire elements and has more energy than a cup of coffee!

Incorporating a standing sequence that combines twisting, balancing, and shoulder opening, you’ll release tension and toxins while opening the heart channels and grounding into your core for deep presence and a relaxed mind.


Metal-Earth-Water Yoga

This 60-minute practice for advanced beginners up takes you on a somatic journey balanced between metal, earth, and water elements with supported Yin postures, activating Hatha postures, and guided breath exploration.

A practice entirely low to the Earth, you'll revitalize your kidneys, soothe your nervous system, explore your lungs, and open through your chest, abdomen, and the tissues through the entire front and backline of your body.

You can opt for another practice of the same or supporting element one day or use multiple practices on others when you feel it. Be mindful if mixing it up costs you on consistency.
