Thank You
Your meridian yoga practices are ready.
You’ll receive an email shortly with your PDF and links to the five practices.
(If you don’t see it, check spam or promotions.)
Before you move on, here’s how to get the most from this library.
Start with the practice you feel most drawn to
You don’t need to practice all five or follow a specific order. Instead:
- read through the practice titles
- notice which one your body responds to
- begin there
You may find that returning to the same practice over time feels more supportive than rotating through all of them — that’s not a mistake, it’s information.
A gentle reminder
This work isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about listening, supporting your nervous system, and allowing your body to guide the pace. Let the practices meet you where you are.
Curious about the pattern behind your symptoms?
If you find yourself wondering why certain practices resonate more than others, you may enjoy exploring the five elements more deeply.
✧ Take the Five Element Quiz (Optional — only if and when you’re curious)
Stay connected
If this way of practicing resonates, I’m developing a yoga-centered group program rooted in the five elements, with live guidance and space to explore these practices as a connected system.
You’ll be the first to know when it opens.
For now, simply practice. Notice what you return to. Let your body lead.
